At a residence along Msasa Lane, a panic signal was received after the client discovered a bamboo tree on fire at the back of their property. Within minutes, our monitoring team contacted the client, confirmed the emergency, and our control room immediately dispatched our F10 and S5 units (Fire Unit 10 and Security Unit 5), accompanied by Mr. Deka, to the scene.

Thanks to their rapid intervention, the fire was quickly contained before it could spread to nearby structures. By 12:30 PM, the situation was stabilized and formally handed over to the City of Harare Fire Brigade for further control and safety checks.
