PJM Rescue was able to respond and assist wherever possible following the tragic Kariba ferry accident. Our Rescue Boat team mobilised immediately after the news broke locally, with our captain and crew departing without delay to support the search and rescue efforts.
We remain on standby and will continue to assist the authorities and other response teams wherever our resources and expertise can make a difference.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences go to the families and loved ones of those who have lost their lives, as well as to the families of those who remain missing. We stand with the Kariba community during this extremely difficult and distressing time.
