Your site cameras are monitored over the internet ( NOT STARLINK as this can prove to be somewhat unreliable at times  ) by the PJM Response control room. Each camera is scrutinised every two hours and a report submitted. during the two hour report general observation will take place .

Specific instructions for specific cameras are recommended and preferred actions to be taken

The PJM Response control room has both solar and generator back up and 3 separate internet connections to ensure we have visibility the majority of the time.
